This mixed commercial-residential project includes a luxury The Address hotel, offices, towers, and residences, along with Turkey's largest shopping center under one roof.

Luxurious residences with diverse amenities

The project comprises three towers, one of which is a 50-story tower that combines luxury with urban lifestyle amenities, offering 181 keys of a 5-star hotel and 320 luxury residential apartments. These residences feature a multitude of dining destinations, wellness experiences, business options, an eco-friendly green building, and a sky view deck above the 48th floor. The other two office towers consist of 30 and 33 stories, respectively.
