Rotax provided project and construction management services for TNB Headquarters Campus. Envisioned as a sprawling campus, it was to be a next-gen future-ready workplace and certified to the highest green-building rating in the country.

The campus has nine development components: four office blocks, a central plaza, a conference facility with a capacity of 1,200, Pelitawanis (the TNB women's association), and childcare facilities, all connected with link bridges, covered walkways and serene landscaping, to encourage productivity and creativity through chance encounters across the campus style development. The office blocks can accommodate 3,000 staff and have 1,105 parking spaces.

With GBI Platinum certification achieved, the campus incorporates green-roofed buildings oriented to sun path to reduce solar insolation; low-E double-glazed façades to mitigate heat and sound while harvesting natural daylight; deep overhangs that shade and improve thermal comfort.
